Jen Tong and her boyfriend traveled to an archipelago in the North Atlantic, known as the Faroes. We can join in on Jen’s Danish adventures through this fun travelogue, as she samples weird European junk food, navigates the dangerous roads, and confusing language, and freaks out over all the sheep everywhere!

Jen’s comic reads less like a diary, and more like her own memory. No dates are affixed to the events, so you’re not sure if they took place in the order in which they appear in the comic (some could even be fictitious). Jen’s choice of a murky green paper, sketchy lines and heavy shading add to a foggy sense that any tourist has after a trip. That foreign country starts to melt into a flow of experiences rather than crisp recitable chronicles of specific events.
