Iona Fox co-owns a farm and makes comics in Burlington, VT. Almanac is a comic Iona publishes in Burlington’s local alt-weekly newspaper, Seven Days. Almanac 2017 collects select stories from the year, along with sketches of her surroundings, and poetic observations of nature.

Iona’s style of cartooning is playful, and her visual language seems to be ever changing, like a flowing river.
