Description

In this 52-page autobiographical comic, author Nicole LaLiberty takes us through the relationship she had with her grandmother, from when she was a child playing piano on regular trip’s to her grandmother’s house, up through her grandmother’s death when she was in high school.

This comic takes a humorous, heartfelt look at how our relationships with family members can evolve, and how that evolution can sometimes lead to pain and regret. Sometimes, though, a fried balogna sandwich and a trip to the grocery store can make everything seem just a little bit brighter.
