R.S.Petersen. is a professor of Art History and is the author of Comics, Manga, and Graphic Novels: a History of Graphic Narrative, and the essay “The Acoustics of Manga” reprinted in the Comic Studies Reader. Petersen has also curated an exhibition on the history of comics and graphic design influenced by the French Situationist movement and edited a translation of the collage comic The Return of the Durutti Column by Andre Bertrand. His new zine, Loculus, is an opportunity to collect writings and drawings on diverse themes and explore innovative ways of mixing words and pictures.
