Alexandra Gallant-Lee is a cartoonist, artist, web and graphic designer & science communicator living in Boston with her husband and cat. She makes bold and colorful comics, art and zines about nature, pop culture, science and technology.
She is the Creative Designer in a research institute at hospital, supporting scientists in a number of creative ways through art, web and design.
One of the more creative ways involved spending 5 minutes inside a functional iron lung while a researcher demonstrated how it worked during a science fair.
