Cristina Portolano is an Italian cartoonist and illustrator. She studied illustration and comics at the Art Academy of Bologna and EnsAD in Paris. Her debut graphic novel, Nearly Miss, was selected as one of the best comics of 2017 by Fumettologica, La Spazio Bianco, Panorama, and was the recipient of the Premio Boscarato for Best New Author.
Cristina lives and works in Bologna.
