Pizarro is a multimedia artist who works with contemporary dance, performance, illustration, writing, singing and many other manifestations of art, where she intertwines existentialism, love, social criticism and activism. She is co-founder of the dance collective La Trinchera with Beatriz Irizarry and Cristina Lugo. Pizarro has presented her work in theaters, museums, and alternative spaces in Puerto Rico, as well as at festivals and events in Colombia, Spain, Cuba, the United Arab Emirates, and Greece, and in U.S. cities such as New York, Miami, and Boston.
