Sara L. Jewell is a writer, artist, comics creator and educator based in New Jersey. Her autobio comics have explored living with chronic illness, substance abuse, cinema, and the relationship between creativity and memory. She has a BA in graphic narrative from Hampshire College and has been featured writing about comics on websites including YCE, The Comics Beat, SOLRAD, and the MNT.
