Description
In Philip Barrett’s The Knock On, Wrennie is visiting his home town, and getting a drink at the old bar he used to frequent. Wrennie finds himself out of time, as the town and the bar have changed. Is this even his home any more, or is he just a visitor?
Philip’s cartooning is easy to read and very enjoyable as his characters throw back pints of Guinness. Conflict between the past and the future create great tension in this short story.
