Description

Mild-mannered Edith May has a secret.  Her alter-ego Fortuna is the most powerful super hero in the world, except they both suffer from crippling ennui. What amazing things could Fortuna accomplish if it were not for her affliction?!  Instead Edith May makes food for dinner parties she doesn’t invite anyone to.

The Chronicles of Fortune series is my favorite take on super heroes. An original take on the genre without any sense of irony, the Chronicles of Fortune are both terribly sad and hilarious at the same time.  Coco’s non-linear storytelling paired hyper-linear art style makes for an amazing series by a great comics-maker!
