Cadaver Chronicles a memoir series by Kriota Willberg about her life-long relationship with anatomy. In issue four, Kriota explores how similar human and animal anatomies are, and how much she loves eating quadriceps and hamstrings of chickens, ducks, and the diaphragms of cows.
Kriota uses objective reasoning and personal vulnerability and humor to talk about her deep fascination with the structures of her food, and its connection to living people and animals.
